Career coach and contributing columnist Marty Nemko dishes out practical advice in his On the Job column for Kiplinger.com. His book, Cool Careers for Dummies, reached #2 on the Wall Street Journal's Business Bestseller List. Marty is also host of Work With Marty Nemko on a National Public Radio station in San Francisco, and was named "The Bay Area's Best Career Coach" by The San Francisco Bay Guardian.

Marty holds a Ph.D from the University of California, Berkeley and taught in its graduate school.
